Terms of use of FREE £25 Splash Detailing Voucher Code

1. These terms and conditions tell you about the legal terms and conditions which apply to your FREE £25 Voucher Code with purchase of a Dinky Detailers Set.
2. These Voucher Code terms apply to pounds sterling, purchased with a Dinky Sample Set online through the Splash Detailing UK website (www.splashdetailing.co.uk).
3. There is a minimum spend requirement of £50 (not including delivery charges) before being able to activate your FREE £25 voucher code.
3. Splash Detailing reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our Splash Detailing Voucher Code at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your Splash Detailing Voucher Code constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. It is your responsibility to check these Voucher Code terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made. Splash Detailing Voucher Code remain the property of Splash Detailing who maintains the right to cancel the Voucher Code in its sole discretion in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so (such as to comply with applicable laws or as a result of circumstances beyond its control).
4. The value of your FREE £25 Splash Detailing Voucher Code can be redeemed on the Splash Detailing UK website in the UK only. Provided the Voucher Code is redeemed within the redemption period applicable to the jurisdiction where the Voucher Code was originally purchased.
By way of example, a Splash Detailing Voucher Code given free in the UK shall have a redemption period of 12 months from the date of issue.
5. The Voucher Code balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another Voucher Code. Please note Splash Detailing Voucher Code cannot be redeemed in any Splash Detailing concessions, department stores.
6. The maximum amount that an individual Splash Detailing Voucher Code can hold is £25; this limit cannot be exceeded by performing balance transfers.
7. You can Top-Up or perform a Balance enquiry via our website or email us.
Validity
8. Your Splash Detailing Voucher Code is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation (which for in-store shall be the date of the Voucher Code purchase, and for online, the date of dispatch of your order) following which they expire automatically. A Voucher Code cannot be used after the expiry date and any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use. We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a Voucher Code’s expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.
9. A Voucher Code expires automatically once its balance has been exhausted.
10. The FREE £25 Voucher Code gifted with Dinky Detailer Sets may only be used on any part of an online order where the total exceeds £50 - not including delivery charges.
11. Only one Voucher Code may be used per online order.
Data Protection
17. Personal data relating to your purchase or use of a Voucher Code will be used in accordance with current applicable data protection and privacy legislation and the our privacy policy which can be found at: https://www.moltonbrown.co.uk/store/privacy-policy.
Governing Law and jurisdiction
18. These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
