Shipping Policy
All our products are sent via reputable courier to ensure your purchase is delivered safely.
The majority of our orders are sent Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class. Normally arrives in 2-3 business days, requires a signature (signature won't be required during covid).
Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature. Normally arrives next business day, tracked & requires a signature. If ordered after 11.59am, your order will not be sent until the next day. This will be the day the Royal Mail receives your parcel.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Splash Detailing, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to send an item back to us.
Our 14 day return & exchange policy means you can return goods ordered online from us for a full refund or exchange. Delivery and returns carriage is non refundable. Unfortunately you won't be eligible for an exchange or refund outside of this time frame. Your items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
Send us an email at info@splashdetailing.co.uk to let us know you would like to return your item for a refund or exchange. Provide your order number and reason for your request.
Refunds
Send your items back to: Splash Detailing, Unit 21213, Courier Point, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FH, UK. Once we have received your return, we'll send you a notification email. We will also notify you if you have been accepted or rejected for a refund once the item has been inspected. Once approved, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This can take several days.
Exchanges
We will replace any damaged or wrongly ordered products with 14 days. Simply send us an email at info@splashdetailing.co.uk to notify us and send your item to our delivery address: Splash Detailing, Unit 21213, Courier Point, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FH, UK.
