Please read our Splash Detailing Mobile Car Care Terms and Conditions. 
 
SERVICES
 
Splash Detailing will not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in a vehicle whilst it is being worked upon. Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle, including there boot prior to any type of interior service.
 
Splash Detailing will not be held responsible for any damage to your vehicle arising from ill fitting trim, loose or faulty parts etc. Please ensure you make us aware of any potential problems before we start our service.
Splash Detailing Detailing reserves the right to alter or move a booking in line with weather conditions and other such occurrences, without penalty and will always contact the client to re-book.
 
All vehicles are detailed at the customer's own risk.
 
Prices quoted may be subject to change once we have seen your vehicle. For example, if pet hair removal is required, there is an additional cost that will be discussed before starting work.
 
Splash Detailing reserves the right to charge each vehicle according to its condition, the size/type of vehicle and the customer location. Splash Detailing Mobile service opperates in the West Midlands area.
 
Splash Detailing service times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time than originally stated to fulfil the type of service. If we believe additional time will be required to complete the service, we will discuss with customer at the time of the job and either agree to complete the work the same day or book the next day if available.
 
Splash Detailing cannot be held accountable for any mechanical issues whilst working on customer's cars. If any delays are incurred due to mechanical issues, then this additional time is chargeable.
 
CANCELLATIONS
 
Splash Detailing requires at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations, failure to do so will incur a 25% fee of the service booked, full payment will be required if slot cannot be filled.
 
A full charge will be applied if we turn up to find the vehicle unavailable for us to carry out the pre-arranged service without prior notice.
 
PAYMENT
 
Splash Detailing accepts payment in the form of cash and card payment only.
